Ramasamy Naidu. It was established in the year 1998 with the noble mission to promote engineering education in backward area of Virudhunagar District. PSR College of Education is a Bachelor Degree in teacher education institution, with the objective of training teachers to perform with commitment the noble profession of teaching. The college is P.S. R College of Education was incepted in 2007, by the eminent industrialist and Thiru.R. Solaisamy. Started with Bachelor of Education Course (B.Ed.) with the approval of Government of Tamilnadu and with the due recognition of National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college is a Co-educational institution and is affiliated to Tamilnadu Teachers Education University (TNTEU), Chennai.
